About Thyme Bistro is on the 'main' street of the village
of Vineland.
The Bistro opened
in November 2005, after many months of renovations. The concept for the Bistro was developed by husband and wife team of Ryan Shapiro and Donna Thompson.
Situated in the heart of the West Niagara ‘wine country’,
About Thyme Bistro is a 38-seat restaurant with
a deck that will accommodate an additional 18 customers in good weather. ‘Fine-dining in an informal setting’
depicts the style of this restaurant. There is a strong emphasis on fresh products from Niagara and beyond, and the wine list
features wines from the local vineyards.
With a ‘Bring your own Wine’ license, customers are
encouraged to buy local wines and bring these bottles to the restaurant to be uncorked and enjoyed with their meals or to
choose a wine from our extensive wine list.
